Ice cools wine quickly, but there is one problem: it melts and dilutes the wine's flavor. There is a more elegant alternative: frozen grapes.

Simply place a few grapes in the freezer ahead of time, then add them to your glass instead of ice cubes. Your wine will become cooler without getting watered down. This works especially well with white wine, rosé, sparkling wine, and light summer wine-based drinks.

The key is not to overdo it. Just a couple of grapes per glass is enough. The wine should become refreshingly cool, not turn into a sweet fruit compote.
